A tool designed to measure 15 emotional skills which define our Emotional Intelligence Quotient. It consists of five scales: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Interpersonal Relationships, Decision-making and Stress management.

The Emotional Intelligence Quotient inventory, EQ-i, is the first scientifically validated emotional intelligence evaluation, widely used all over the world. Based on more than 20 years of international research, the EQ-i analyzes an individual’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses.

Based on the Rueven Bar-on emotional model, the EQ-i 2.0 enables one to obtain a direct point score of each emotional skill.
