As program focused on improving leadership practices within an organization, it’s general aim is to bring about a transformation in leadership through a proven two-day program and a rigorous follow-up.

Participants will carry out a series of practical exercises, business scenarios, group work where they will learn how to apply the basic principles of the “The Leadership Challenge” to their current role, based on the Five Practices of Great Leadership and the Ten Commitments that go with Leadership

Besides that, thanks to 360º Leadership Practices Inventory method of evaluation, each participant will get an overall general insight into their leadership skills.
